Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPNPZ marketing website, user panel and subscription services. It explains how data is handled in providing network acceleration services. Third-party payment pages and external services are governed by their own privacy policies; this policy does not replace those rules.
Account and Service Data
No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. VPNPZ processes account identifiers, login verification data and subscription status to verify identity, provide access to the user panel and deliver services. The registration process does not ask for an email address.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction identifier and refund status. They are used to confirm payment, verify entitlements and resolve billing issues. Details and attachments submitted voluntarily in support tickets are used to respond to requests. Please provide only information needed to investigate an issue, and avoid uploading passwords, payment credentials or complete subscription links.
No-logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNPZ follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content or destinations, or retain connection logs that could reconstruct browsing activity. It does not create profiles of individuals' online activity.
During transmission, temporary state data processed to maintain an active connection is used only to complete communications and is not retained as a historical connection log. Account traffic usage and plan status are used to calculate allowances and do not include a list of visited websites. Account and order data are still handled under this policy; an anonymous no-logs policy does not mean that all service records are discarded.
Usage Statistics and Local Storage
The marketing website may process usage statistics such as page addresses, visit times, referring pages, and browser or device categories to understand how pages are used, identify errors and improve content. These statistics relate to pages on this website and are not used to record external websites accessed through subscription services. Do not include subscription links or other confidential information in query parameters on website pages.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sessions and save login tokens and language preferences. You can restrict or clear this data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again or select your preferences again. Logging out, clearing browser data and deleting a server-side account are separate actions. Log out after using a shared device.
Payments and Limits on Data Collection
Supported payment methods include Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment services, which may collect transaction data under their own rules. VPNPZ receives the transaction results needed to confirm orders and verify payments. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords or private keys in support tickets.
Data is used only to deliver services, reconcile accounts, resolve technical issues and address necessary compliance matters. Personal data is not sold. If a service provider is engaged to process necessary data, its purpose and access scope should be limited. Where disclosure is legally required, data is handled only to the extent required by applicable rules.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide services. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to reconcile accounts, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Support tickets and usage statistics are retained only for as long as needed for their relevant purposes. Retention periods are not the same for all data; once a purpose has been fulfilled, data is deleted or de-identified.
Log in to the user panel and use support tickets to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data, and specify the scope of your request. Account ownership may need to be verified before processing. Deletion may affect the use of remaining services; if some records must be retained, the reason and scope will be explained. Clearing local data on your device does not automatically delete server-side records.
Policy Updates and Privacy Questions
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be revised. Significant changes to data purposes, processing scope or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained as applicable.
